Introducing the Happy Little Monsters!

An exciting new initiative for the children of Bemerton Heath aged 1 - 5. Join the Kidz Love Fit team for fun FREE sessions, approved by NHS paediatric dieticians.

Meet Kizzy the Mindful Monster, Louie the Moving Monster and Frankie the Munching Monster. These three colourful friends are here to help 1 to 5 year olds and their parents make great choices to support their nutrition, exercise and mental wellbeing.

FREE Moving Monsters Drop-In Sessions

In February and March we are offering FREE Moving Monsters drop-in sessions with our friendly Kidz Love Fit instructors! Come along to meet the team, take part in fun fitness activities and learn more about the Happy Little Monsters programme. Suitable for walkers age 1-5 and their parents or carers.

2024 Dates:

Tuesdays 9.30 - 10.15am at St Michael's Community Centre

Fridays 9.30 - 10.15am at Bemerton Heath Centre

No need to book - just come along and join in the fun! 

What is the Happy Little Monsters programme?

After attending one of our Moving Monsters drop-in sessions, we invite you to attend our free 6-week Happy Little Monsters programme. The weekly classes include: 

• Fun activities such as cresshead making and fuzzy felt!
• All your favourite Kidz Love Fit fitness activities to get you moving and shaking!
• Weekly lifestyle and nutrition topics
• Named water bottle and nutrition plate when the 6-week course is completed!

Places are strictly limited and require booking in advance.

Here at Kidz Love Fit we're experts in fitness and physical wellbeing, and with the support of the NHS we can also offer advice in mindfulness and nutrition, to ensure our under 5s have the best possible start in life.

From fussy eating to worries about starting school, we aim to equip the children of Bemerton Heath, and their parents and guardians, with a range of crucial life skills to tackle the challenges of the years ahead.
